Consequences of Deletion
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Your virtual inventory and sales history.
- Your earnings and payout records.
Note: We may retain some anonymized transactional data for financial reporting and legal compliance, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of your account, all deletion requests must be made via email from the address associated with your Kamari account.
- Open your email client.
- Compose a new email to:
delete@mg.kamari.ng - Use the following subject line:
Account Deletion Request - In the body of the email, please state that you wish to delete your account.
Our support team will verify that the request came from your registered email address and will process the deletion within 14 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
