Kamari Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Kamari mobile application and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Kamari Technologies Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to all registered vendors (“you,” “your,” or “vendor”) on the Kamari platform.

By using our Services, you agree to abide by this AUP and our Terms of Service. Kamari is a platform that empowers vendors by providing a curated product catalog, managing inventory, and handling all order fulfillment and delivery. This policy ensures a safe, fair, and trustworthy environment for everyone.

Prohibited Activities
As a vendor, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Illegal and Fraudulent Conduct:

Using the Services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the promotion of illegal goods or activities.

Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or other platform incentives.

Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false information during the KYC and onboarding process.

Misrepresentation and Deceptive Marketing:

Making false or misleading claims about products from the Kamari catalog. All marketing must align with the product descriptions we provide.

Deceptively marketing promotional items. For example, advertising an item that requires a bundle purchase as a standalone product is strictly forbidden.

Misrepresenting Kamari’s services, including providing false delivery timelines or shipping capabilities not supported by our platform.

Misuse of the Platform:

Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or manipulate the Services.

Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the app, bypass security measures, or reverse-engineer our software.

Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to customers or other users.

Misuse of Customer Information:

Using any customer information obtained through a sale for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer’s order through the Kamari platform.

Sharing or selling customer data to any third party.

Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on the Kamari platform, you are expected to:

Maintain Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and banking information provided to Kamari is accurate and up-to-date.

Professional Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for your customers regarding their orders and inquiries. All communication must be professional and respectful.

Comply with Laws: Adhere to all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations related to your activity on the platform.

Enforcement and Violation Consequences
Kamari reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. At our sole discretion, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Issue a formal warning.

Temporarily suspend your account access.

Permanently terminate your account.

Withhold any outstanding commission payouts pending the outcome of a fraud or violation investigation.

Cooperate with law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to our support team at support@mg.kamari.ng.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after such a notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
